This explains what Zero Gap Consulting collects through this website and what we do with it. Questions: shweta@zerogapconsulting.com.

What we collect

When you send our quote form we collect your name, phone, email, business type, budget range, any note you write, and your consent choice. We also record the page you sent it from, your referrer and any codes in the link that show which ad you came from (for example utm_source, gclid, fbclid).

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and measure which ads and pages bring enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising pixels

If switched on, we use Google Tag Manager to load tools from Google and Meta (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) that count visits and measure our ads. They set cookies or similar identifiers and tell the ad platforms when someone views a page or sends the form, so ads can be measured and improved. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use the platforms' own ad-settings pages.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box we may call, text or email you about your enquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us, to opt out.

Who handles your data

Enquiries are handled by our US front office. Project work is carried out by our engineering team in India, so your information may be processed in India under confidentiality terms. Enquiries and call bookings are recorded in our lead system, which processes them on our behalf, together with our email providers.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to run the business relationship. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing shweta@zerogapconsulting.com.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising pixels can count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some US state laws. To opt out, email shweta@zerogapconsulting.com with the subject “Do not sell or share”, and turn on your browser's privacy setting (Global Privacy Control) or use its cookie settings to block ad pixels.
